Other responsibilities include tracking the availability and delivery of each product.
This role is vital, as each customer's experience hinges on the availability of their favorite products.
This role requires excellent attention to detail as well as the ability to maintain and update paper and computerized purchasing records.
If you have the ability to foster great working relationships and have a proven data management skillset, this may be the position for you!
Essential Functions:
Process purchase orders with vendors; Maintain product updates and ETAs; Communicate with other departments regarding product status for customer orders; Communicate delivery status of product with warehouses.
Desired Competencies:
Excellent verbal skills; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Strong organizational and multitasking skills; Strong written skills and a working knowledge of email correspondence norms; Strong ability to navigate the Internet; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team; Experience with AS400 is a plus.
