Specialists will work as a team to provide support to a wide range of contacts.
Each team member utilizes in-depth knowledge of company products, processes, and programs to solve problems and take initiative in shaping each customer's experience.

Responsibilities:
Identify and assess customer needs in a high volume call center environment; Communicate policies, grant accommodations, and show good judgment in all decision making; Resolve customer issues, providing appropriate solutions and follow up, via telephone or email to ensure resolution; Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues; Respect and appreciate every customer.
Requirements:

years of Customer Service experience, preferred; Quick learner with a positive attitude and a heart for providing great customer service; Excellent verbal communication skills; Strong written skills for email and written follow-up correspondence; Strong ability to navigate the Internet efficiently; Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team.
Hours:
Training:
4-6 weeks, Monday-Friday.

00pm, 5-day work week, plus one (1) Saturday per month from 9:
