This person will assist the larger department with a variety of tasks, playing an important role in realizing company goals.

Manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and texts Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions Respect and appreciate every customer What We're Looking For:
Positive and self-starting attitude Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and emails in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Acute attention to detail Hours:
40-45 hours per week.
Monday through Friday with some Saturdays #HP.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
