is looking for energetic self-starters to join their Management Trainee Program.
This highly structured development course is designed to prepare candidates for Profit Center/Sales Management.
Throughout the program, candidates are exposed to all aspects of the electrical distribution field.
This challenging program requires a strong commitment from each participant and encompasses, but is not limited to:
Electrical Fundamentals Warehouse Operations Supplier Product Seminars Inventory Control Sales and Interpersonal Skills Information Technology Quality Assurance Qualified candidates have completed a Bachelor's degree and have a valid driver's license.
Ideal candidates would describe themselves as energetic, sales-orientated, and having outstanding communication skills.
If you are an assertive team player with a positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to think critically in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, CED would like to speak with you about this opportunity.
This is a 2-3 year Rotational Program within CED's Great Lakes Division (Michigan and Indiana) encompassing 5 phases:
