Scope of DutiesAt Caring for Family of Companies we look for people with a nurturing spirit and a genuine desire to support and care for others.
In this role, you can expect some or all of the following duties:
Build and maintain a vibrant network of referral partnerships Develop relationships with potential and future clients and referral sources Become the go--to solution for Case Managers and Referral Partners Function as an ambassador for the Company and its values Accuracy and attention to detail Excellent collaboration skills and team mindset Strong interpersonal, discretion, and judgment skills Proficiency with technology and electronic devices Sense of warmth, welcome, and professionalism Strong sales, relationship management, and business development skills A desire to be out in the community networking and building referral pipelines Accuracy and attention to detail Excellent collaboration skills and team mindset Strong interpersonal, discretion, and judgment skills Proficiency with technology and electronic devices Sense of warmth, welcome, and professionalism When working in a role with Caring for Family of Companies, you're responsible for upholding and supporting our mission.
