Our client is an automotive supplier and they are looking for a Process Engineer to join their team. They have been in business since the late 1950's and have been successful ever since. This is a direct hire role where you will have the ability to make an immediate impact. The current opening is for a Process Engineer. Main duties include:
Develop and implement production and cost improvements throughout the facility
Implement activities to improve quality, safety, and cost
Refine manufacturing processes
Manage projects to achieve operational goals from start to finish
Qualifications include:
B.S. in Mechanical Engineer or similar, experience will be considered in lieu of degree
Hands-on problem-solving ability
Analytical, sense of urgency, self-starter
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
