CTDI also has a global footprint with more than 20,000 employees worldwide.The Project Manager will need to be capable of managing multiple tasks and projects to completion. This position will involve working directly with both operations/the branch and the customer in order to achieve the project goals and meet KPI's. They will be the liaison between the customer, operations and the corporate teams to provide status updates and reports as well as collaborate on the development of plans to achieve customer objectives. Working across the various functional groups, this position will be tasked with delivering results in line with project deadlines. Tasks could include the following but will not be limited to:

Responsibilities:
Act as primary point of contact (POC) for the customer on operational and performance issues. Monitor project performance to customer requirements and expectations. Issue regular reports on program performance. Coordinate work of various functional groups such as:
operations, IT, quality and billing. Develop project plans and coordinate their implementation- start-ups and recovery plans. Identify areas of non-conformance and develop remedial plans (such as CARs). Responsible for contract reviews, specifically detailing scope of work. Manage inventory levels to ensure timely order fulfillment when applicable. In accordance with contract specifications, qualified applicants should be able to drive continuous improvement to achieve performance goals. Resolve customer issues in a timely manner via a customer-defined escalation process. Responsible for ensuring billing data is accurate. Closely monitor branch P&L's. Other Functions/
