Customer Service Representative

Our client, located in South Bend, is looking for a Customer Service Representative for approximately four to five (4-5) months.

The principal job activities:

Working with customers via phone and e-mail; handling complaints and taking orders
Data entry on orders
Ability to understand and apply pricing models
Compose business appropriate e-mails with internal and external contacts
Working with Field Sales team, ongoing


The top skills/education/behaviors:

3+ years Customer Service experience
Excellent communication and "customer first" personality
Excellent data entry (speed and accuracy)
Strong computer skills: MS Office experience; SAP Experience a plus
Organized self-starter, proven ability to multi-task and reprioritize
Solid attention to detail and accuracy


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
