Reports to: Regional Manager Direct Reports: Base Personnel
Purpose of the Position: To act as on site Base General Manager ensuring smooth operations in all aspects of the operation. This includes safety, training, staffing, trucks and support equipment and airline/airport compliance for the assigned work area. This position will be required to oversee daily operations as well as provide leadership and coaching to increase safety, performance and customer service. Employee must maintain compliance with all local, state and federal rules and regulations.
Requirements of the Position: Providing and maintaining outstanding customer service while enforcing safety rules in the workplaceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
