Manager - Finishing & Assembly for a Fortune 500 manufacturer of aluminum engine parts near South Bend, IN. This plant is non union and casts and machines and coats aluminum parts for many auto and off road vehicle manufacturers.
The successful applicant will have foundry or heavy industrial experience and TS16949 and Tier 1 or 2 experience. Must have a BS/BA degree from an accredited institution and experience in production management to include the supervision of degreed production supervisors. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree and experience in manufacturing engineering prior to going into production management.
Will be responsible for anodizing, coating and assembly but not casting or machining. The Department runs 24/7 and has 100
employees. The successful candidate will have exceptional time management and organizational skills.
The position reports to the Plant Manager and is open because of an internal transfer. In addition to the base salary there is a bonus.
Our client will relocate from all sections of the US. Only US Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
