Customer Service Agent - 4pm - Midnight

Our client, located in South Bend, is looking for 1 Customer Service Agent 4:00 p.m. - midnight.
The Customer Service Agents will do the following:
Answer phones/emails from customers needing help with shipment update, new pickups, billing/rating questions and quoting.
Point of contact for the Top Account customers plus general Call Center questions.
Watch grid for any large backups.
Participate in daily chat and claim/flag emails in order to provide the exact customer service needs that the customers expect.
Monitor the ?Out for Deliveries? for the customers that are assigned to the CSA.
Must be able to multi-task, have good written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to listen and understand the customer needs.
Excel and Word experience is preferred, but not required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
