Product Technician #4555MJE
Our client, innovators of freight securement systems, is looking to add a Product Technician to their South Bend based team. The positions is responsible for assisting in Research and Development of both new and existing products, as well as assisting the Sales Team with customer collaboration and product demonstration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Innovating new products and solutions
- Assisting with quality control and vendor relations
- Improving current product line
- Assisting with product testing and industry certifications
- Assist with Intellectual Property portfolio management
- Making customer visits to demonstrate products and educate customers
- Working with customers to resolve product and application issues
Job Requirements include:
Experience requirements: 1-5 yrs. Experience in R&D, and experience working in an Office environment
Education requirements: 4 Yr. College Degree preferred (Business, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering)
Software competencies: Email and Microsoft Office are a must. CRM, accounting software, CAD & FEA know-how would be very beneficial.
