The Director of Operations is responsible for all production related operations. Direct Chemical and manufacturing experience is required and silicone production experience is essential. Candidate must ensure operational and production best practices are in place through the use of ISO/QS, Six Sigma, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing methodologies. A degree in Chemical Engineering is desirable.
