Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives - 82K to 112K plus commission & benefits.
The purpose of the Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives will be to achieve a sales budget with the company products, within an assigned geography.
The field representatives will play an important role in the overall planning and continued launch of the product portfolio.
o Provides a key leadership role for distributor representatives within their assigned geography o Responsible for product placement with targeted accounts in assigned geographical area o Responsible for completing a territory business plan with key essential wins identified as part of the plan. o Executing the plan as the year progresses will be expected o Territory representative will complete all set objectives, achieve sales goals while operating within an assigned expense budget o Key liaison with local associations coordinating efforts surrounding the meetings o Representative will be responsible for setting up and executing launch meetings in conjunction with services in support of each product launch.
o Bachelor's Degree preferred. o Industry training is preferred. o Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Company does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position. o Ability to attain all industry credentialing and certifications.
o Ability to influence without authority o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent speaking and presentation skills o Ability to convey messages and motivate various audiences o Ability to make decisions within the context of uncertainty and ambiguity o Strategic thinking o Strong Planning and Execution Skills o In-depth knowledge of company products preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
