LTI Services is seeking candidates for a 1st Shift Clerical Position for fast-paced specialty steel products supplier in South Bend. This is a temp-to-perm assignment with a hire-on opportunity. Desired candidate must have a high energy level and the ability to fit the company culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones
Process daily certifications
Create 150-200 certifications daily

Requirements:
Strong data entry skills, as well as Outlook some Excel
Pleasant phone voice
Multi-task and work at a swift pace while paying great attention to detail
HS Diploma or GED
Ability to pass pre-employment Drug Screen
Must submit resume for interview
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who possesses excellent communication and data entry skills, as well as basic computer knowledge and who has previously worked in an Office Setting. Our customer's goal is to be highest quality supplier of specialty steel products in the marketplace. The management recognizes that its people are the key to establishing error-free production. By promoting teamwork and providing the tools to achieve top performance, they strive to meet and surpass their customers' requirements the first time, every time.
Shift time is 8a-5p, Monday-Friday (may change to 7a-4p during summer months), with an hour lunch. OT may be required. Starting wage is $10/hour and up, depending on experience. Health coverage is available through LTI Services after 60 days of employment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
