Grounds Maintenance / Landscape Captain
An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced Grounds Maintenance / Landscape Crew Captain to lead a team for our Mishawaka/South Bend area restaurant facilities.
Position Overview:
This key position will be responsible for the following:
Work week based on completing scheduled routes.
Determine service hours and starting time, dependent on weather and location.
Administrative functions such as invoices, receipts, time sheets / payroll.
Maintenance, condition, & cleanliness of equipment.
Perform the following functions: Mowing, line trimming, lot blowing, hedging, edging, tree pruning and other duties as needed.
This is a hands-on position that provides an excellent opportunity for a candidate to work in a high energy, results-driven environment.
Requirements include:
A valid chauffer's driver's license.
Ability to drive utility trucks.
Experience managing a crew of 2-3 people.
Ability to work weekends, nights and overtime if needed
Previous grounds maintenance / lawn care experience required.
DOT physical and drug screen required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
